our software applications through multiple media forms, depending
upon the intended purposes of the client. Software delivery
can be performed directly by ITA through CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM,
DVD-R, magnetic tape, floppy disk, Iomega Zip, Iomega Jazz,
Magneto Optical (MO) Disk, or network such as Internet, LANs,
Intranet, or extranets.
Subject matter content can be extracted or copied from
the software for delivery in Clip-art Archives, MS PowerPoint
or MS Word presentations, standard PC media formats, video
tape, hard copy print and books, slides, or 35mm slides.
ITA possesses the in-house capability to duplicate CD-ROM's
at 1500 copies per day, printed, labeled, and stuffed with
inserts. ITA can outsource production of all types of media,
CD-ROM, DVD, VHS videotape, BetaSP videotape, and packaging
such as boxes, mailers, and cardboard sleeves.
ITA can provide technical support for all our products
and services via telephone, e-mail, FAQ lists, or on-site
customer help desks. Our software is object-oriented, enabling
very easy access and upgrades to content whether text,
pictures, audio, or video. ITA can publish quarterly updates
or e-mail update capsules to users to keep hard coded media
such as CD-ROM and DVD current.
