Producing industrial
strength multimedia applications starts with a clear understanding
of the customer's requirements. ITA achieves this understanding
through its team of skilled Analysts. ITA Analysts ensure the
computer-based application's requirements are thoroughly and
clearly planned, agreed upon, and documented. At project outset
the ITA Analysis Team gathers and analyzes data from manuals,
training materials, relevant regulations, and Client personnel
interviews. From this intensive study, the analysts become
subject matter experts and utilize this expertise in developing
the content of the AIM training application.
The Analysts then work with appropriate Client end-users,
representatives and personnel to develop a series of documents
that provide a blueprint for the programmers and artists.
Additional instructional designers, curriculum developers,
and training specialists are available to contribute to the
process depending upon the intended purposes of the software.
Technical Writing skills are employed to produce Scripts
(numbering in the hundreds of pages) that detail every work,
image, and interaction of the application.
ITA Analysts also perform all document scanning, optical
character recognition, proofing and formatting of the text
content of our interactive reference documents and archives.
Skilled users of Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect, and
Adobe Acrobat, our Analysts can produce custom document
production and archive solutions.
ITA's Analysts also perform Quality Control and Quality
Assurance responsibilities during the development and testing
phases. The Analysis Team ensures that the application
is developing according to the guidelines detailed and
endorsed during the initial analysis effort.
ITA's Project Managers have produced dozens of high-quality
software applications, from small 90-day projects to multi-year,
multi-million dollar development efforts. Our Project Managers
bring software development expertise, experience and customer
insight to each project undertaken.
