The centerpiece of the testing section is the interactive scenarios that employ a fully functional virtual control panel in which the user can operate any and all controls of the smoke generator.  It allows the user to practice system startup and shutdown without the risk of damaging valuable equipment.

The M56 SGS is a mobile, smoke generating system utilizing an M1113 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) as the primary vehicle.  ITA, Inc. developed an AIM Application that provided more than 4 hours of computer-based training.
