The Installation Antiterrorism Program and Planning Tool CD-ROM is a PC-based, Microsoft Windows environment application designed to support the Installation Commander, the Installation staff, and First Responders in Installation level planning and response to a terrorist incident. The software distributed on one CD-ROM allows installation personnel to input installation unique resources and data, follow the instructions to interact with the CD-ROM, and ultimately complete and print out a Antiterrorism/Force Protection Installation Planning Template that is tailored to that installation.
This package allows data entered into this Installation Antiterrorism Program and Planning Tool to be linked to the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Model Installation Plan and the Weapons of Mass Destruction Annex CD-ROM.
